**As of May 8, 2025, the project was awarded to Pavement Maintenance Services Inc. but the awarded amount is not available.** A description of the work to be performed generally includes: The work includes full depth mill and 3” asphalt overlay compliant with CDOT SX mix of Town streets and chip sealing and slurry sealing of various roads at various locations around Town. Also, some long line striping following slurry sealing on East Main Street. Perspective bidders may bid on Items but are not required to bid on all items or may bid on all items. Single or multiple contracts may or may not be awarded based upon project funds allocated and what serves the best interest of the Department of the Town of Buena Vista. The successful BIDDER will be required to furnish Payment and Performance Bonds and comply with the insurance provision as specified by the Contract Documents. A 5% Bid Bond will be required. The OWNER reserves the right to waive any irregularities or to waive any technical defects in the bidding process as the best interest of the OWNER may be served. The OWNER also reserves the right to reject any and all bids. Basis of award will be the lowest responsive and responsible Bid as determined by the OWNER.
