Construction and Services, LLC with the bid amount of $114,500.00 ** ** As of May 07, 2025, Project has not awarded yet ** Project: Crawfordsville District Public Library New Administration Suite The Work shall be executed under one (1) prime contract and received on a lump sum basis. Contractors shall provide a financial statement, a statement of experience, a proposed plan for performing the public work including timeline, Contractor's Bid for Public Work Form 96 (current revision) and non-collusion affidavit must be completed and submitted, as required by the Statutes ofthe State ofIndiana. Bids will be executed, completed and certified on the proposal form furnished by the Architect. Both the Bid Proposal form and Form No. 96 must be completed. Bidders must be registered and insured in compliance with Indiana and City of Crawfordsville regulations. Areas where work is to be performed are currently in use during operating hours, but will have restricted public use during the project. The Work consists of, but is not necessarily limited to the following: 1. Acoustical Ceiling Work 2. Metal Stud Walls and Drywall 3. Doors and Hardware 4. Finish Work 5. Relocating Existing Mechanical grilles 6. Electrical Work Bidders shall assure that they have obtained complete set ofContract Documents and shall assume the risk of any errors or omissions in Bids prepared in reliance on incomplete sets of drawings and Contract Documents. No bidder may withdraw any bid or proposal within a period ofsixty (60) days following the date set for receiving bids or proposals. The Crawfordsville District Public Library Board reserves the right to hold any or all bids or proposals for a period of not more than sixty (60) days and said bids or proposal shall remain in full force and effect during said period. The Crawfordsville District Public Library Board reserves the right to reject and/or cancel all bids, solicitations and/or offers in whole or in part when it is not in the best interests ofthe Foundation.
