Site work for a water / sewer project in Acme, Alberta. Conceptual plans call for site work for a water / sewer project.
Drainage improvements on the west side of Marine Drive. This work addresses persistent ponding behind Lots 1206 and 1210. Work consists of: Installation of new drainage pipe from the rear of Lots 1206 and 1210 south through the 3.0 m wide ROW, connecting to the north ditch line of Breakers Way. Regrade the ditch across the front of Lot 1106 (as shown in green on the referenced drawing) to facilitate westward drainage. Installation of a new culvert under Breakers Way to connect this flow to an existing 500 mm diameter culvert located in a municipal reserve area. Installation of a secondary culvert (dashed blue line) from the west end of the north ditch line (adjacent to Lot 1102) to tie into the proposed system near Lot 1106. Potential Reconstruction of Driveway for property that holds an encroachment agreement into municipal right away where work will be conducted. TIMELINE: The owner is seeking proposals from qualified civil contractors or consulting firms to design and construct stormwater drainage improvements. Project schedules will be confirmed following award of this contract. *Budget is unreleased.
