Renovation of an educational facility in Houston, Texas. Completed plans call for the renovation of a educational facility.

Base & Alt at same time: Galena Park Independent School District (GPISD) is requesting Competitive Sealed Proposals (CSP 25-400) for North Shore Ninth Grade Center Renovations (GPISD Project L223.003.1-2024). A Proposal Security in the amount of ten percent (10%) of the proposal amount is required. The scope of work includes but is not limited to, the window and exterior door replacement and exterior wall repairs for the existing Building 1. The existing windows are inefficient single pane windows with widespread reported leaking. Wall repairs are primarily to support the window replacements, but also to replace failing stone masonry veneer with EIFS and new masonry. GPISD reserves the right to reject any and all proposals, the right to negotiate with any proposers after submission of proposals, and at its discretion, may waive any formalities or minor irregularities regarding the proposals.
