Renovation of a mixed-use development in Las Vegas, Nevada. Completed plans call for the renovation of a fire / police facility; and parking garage.
The LVMPD is seeking Bids for the labor, equipment and material for upgrading exterior light fixtures at LVMPD HQ and Parking Garage. Reference additional information under the Bid Tabs for specific requirements, terms and conditions. The Successful Bidder shall provide all labor, equipment and material for upgrading the light fixtures at 400 South Martin Luther King Ave on the exterior of all three buildings, interior levels of parking garage, and mechanical areas of the parking garage structure to the specifications below. Parking garage structure shall also include removing the interior lighted fixtures on the interior perimeter from the photoelectric sensor and installing each 4ft LED fixture with a photoelectric sensor specified in the fixture specifications. In addition, all current exit signs are to replace with new wired exit signs throughout the garage with exit sign specified below. All work shall comply with all Local, State and Federal Regulations and Safety Standards in effect at the time of installation. Question Deadline 04/17/2025 at 12:00 PM PT
