Demolition and site work for a water / sewer project in Latta, South Carolina. Completed plans call for the demolition of a water / sewer project; and for site work for a water / sewer project.
The Project includes the following Work: Contract 4 (Academy Street Area Water Lines): consists of the installation of approximately 3,000 linear feet of 10” water line, 10,700 linear feet of 6” water line and all associated appurtenances. Bids shall be on a unit price, with additive alternate bid items as indicated in the Bid Form. The Project has an expected duration of 150 days. No bid will be considered unless the bidder is legally qualified under the provisions of the South Carolina Contractor's Licensing Law to perform the type of work specified. No bidder may withdraw the bid within 90 days after the actual date of the opening and thereof. The Owner reserves the right to waive any informalities or to reject any or all bids.
