IN ORDER TO SUBMIT AN ELIGIBLE BID, CONTRACTORS ARE REQUIRED TO GET A COPY OF THE PLANS AND SPECIFICATIONS FROM HANNA ENGINEERING.****** Contract 6 (Elevated Water Tank Abandonments): consists of abandoning and demolishing two elevated water tanks located at 214 SE Railroad Avenue and 116 Diversified Drive. The Project has an expected duration of 120 days. No bid will be considered unless the bidder is legally qualified under the provisions of the South Carolina Contractor's Licensing Law to perform the type of work specified. No bidder may withdraw the bid within 90 days after the actual date of the opening and thereof. Contractors shall have classifications as required. The Owner reserves the right to waive any informalities or to reject any or all bids. Bidder shall submit all questions about the meaning or intent of the Bidding Documents to Engineer in writing.
