Questions Due Date: Mar 27th 2025, 2:00 PM MDT The purpose of this Invitation for Bids (IFB) is to: Seek bids from responsive and responsible Demolition Contractor (S310, formerly S460) and licensed Abatement Contractor to complete abatement and demolition of Spring Lane Elementary School according to the attached Project Manual, specifications, and drawings. Granite School District (GSD) is requesting the services of a licensed Demolition Contractor (S310, formerly S460) and licensed Abatement Contractor for the complete abatement and demolition of the Spring Lane Elementary School at 5315 South 1700 East, Holladay, Utah. Work shall include, but is not limited to: Capping of existing utilities. Preserving the functionality of water valves and piping for irrigation. Abatement of all buildings/structures with disposal of abated materials at approved landfill(s). Salvage of selected building assemblies. Salvaged assemblies are to be stored and protected on site. Demolition of all buildings/structures with disposal of materials at approved landfill(s). Removal of footings and foundations. Backfilling of demolished building areas with engineered materials, properly compacted, to within 1'-0" (minus) of finished grade
