Site work and paving for a mixed-use development in Pine Grove Mills, Pennsylvania. Completed plans call for site work for a road / highway; for paving for a road / highway; sidewalk / parking lot; and sidewalk / parking lot.
The project area includes the lands within an easement obtained by Ferguson Township along Beaver Branch that starts at Wyoming Avenue in the Piney Ridge Development and proceeds west approximately 350 feet in Pennsylvania Furnace, PA. The project includes clearing and grubbing, earthwork, channel gradings, streambed stabilization, planting, seeding, and other associated work. All bidders must demonstrate experience with similar streambank restoration projects to be considered qualified for the project. The project is subject to minimum prevailing wage rates. All bids shall be accompanied by a bid bond or certified check in the amount of 10% of the bid. Ferguson Township reserves the right to accept or reject any or all bids and to waive any bid formalities. A pre-bid conference will not be held for this project.
