This work is required due to the poor condition of the reservoir and in order to allow for the development of a temporary “Pad” as part of the Roger Gaudry Pavilion space reallocation project. The planned work includes (but is not limited to): - Stop filling the tank and emptying the tank; - Excavation of the fill above and around the reservoir; - Concrete tank demolition (roof slab, walls, bottom slab and piping); - Demolition of underground pipes connected to the building; - Arrangement of floors and materials according to the regulations in force; - Backfilling and setting up of a temporary "PAD" vehicle access space for delivery of materials, equipment and other, which will serve during the duration of the re-use work (until 2026-2027)
