Description

Site work and paving for a mixed-use development in Shediac, New Brunswick. Completed plans call for site work for a road / highway; for paving for a road / highway; sidewalk / parking lot; and water / sewer project.

Construction consists of complete construction of approximately 780 lineal metres of Breaux Bridge Extension and approximately 240 lineal metres of Bonaventure Street Extension. The work generally includes supply and installation of watermain, renewal of existing fire hydrants and leads, supply and installation of new storm sewer of various diameters including manholes, catch basins and laterals, supply and installation of new sanitary sewer of various diameters including manholes and service laterals, full street construction, including granular road structure, asphalt base and seal, curb and gutter, sidewalk, multi-use trail, ditching, property restoration.
