Site work and new construction of a mixed-use development in Grande-Digue, New Brunswick. Completed plans call for site work for a fire / police facility; for the construction of a 2,192-square-foot, one-story above grade fire / police facility; sidewalk / parking lot; and water / sewer project.

The work includes, but is not limited to the following: 1. Site improvements including clearing, grubbing, fill and grading. 2. Removal of existing septic system. 3. Construction of new water well and septic system. 4. Replacement of existing driveway culvert. 5. Construction of garage drainage pipes to driveway culvert. 6. Removal of existing asphalt parking. 7. Interior Construction and Finishes for Building. 13. Mechanical Installations: 1. Supply and install of domestic and non-potable water systems. 2. Supply and install of sanitary drainage and venting system. 3. Supply and install of fire water storage tank complete with associated pump, piping, valves, etc. 4. Supply and install of all plumbing fixtures and equipment. 5. Supply and install of compressed air system. 6. Supply and install of energy recovery ventilators complete with associated ductwork, duct heaters, dampers, louvers, grilles, diffusers, etc. 7. Supply and install of heat pumps. 8. Supply and install of tailpipe exhaust system. 9. Supply and install of emergency CO/NOx exhaust system. 10. Supply and install of Energy Management Control System. 14. Electrical Installations: 1. Supply and install of domestic and non-potable water systems. 2. Supply and install of sanitary drainage and venting system. 3.
