Renovation of a clubhouse / community center in Houston, Texas. Completed plans call for the renovation of a clubhouse / community center.
**As of June 10, 2025, this project has not yet been awarded. The project is expected to be awarded on June 12th.** This project is set to upgrade the HVAC system by providing improvements for ventilation, temperature and humidity control. The scope includes but not limited to the following: demolition of existing RTUs, installation of new RTUs with related duct work upgrades, conversion of an existing RTU to a multi zone VAV RTU with related ductwork upgrades, repairs of mechanical/plumbing deficiencies, architectural (ceiling demolition and upgrades), construction of structural steel framework, electrical upgrades (including electronic safety, communication and security components) and fire sprinkler system renovation. The County requires Vendors to make a good faith effort to meet or exceed a 4.90% goal for participation by M/WBEs on this project . The secondary questions deadline has been added. The due date is Tuesday, April 22, 2025 no later than 12:00 p.m. local time, Houston, TX.
