The San Gabriel Valley Council of Governments (SGVCOG), on behalf of the Upper Los Angeles River (ULAR) Watershed Management Group (WMG), which collectively includes the Cities of Alhambra, Burbank, Calabasas, Glendale, Hidden Hills, La Canada Flintridge, Los Angeles, Montebello, Monterey Park, Pasadena, Rosemead, San Fernando, San Gabriel, San Marino, South El Monte, South Pasadena, Temple City, the County of Los Angeles, and Los Angeles County Flood Control District (LACFCD), seeks a bench of qualified firms to provide On-Call Consultant Services for the implementation and administrative support of our Watershed Management and Coordinated Integrated Monitoring Programs (WMP and CIMP, respectively). The Request for Qualifications (RFQ) is intended to procure On-Call Consultant Services for the SGVCOG on behalf of the ULAR WMG and other members of the SGVCOG not listed above, including but not limited to: - National Pollutant Discharge Elimination System (NPDES) Compliance Reporting and Regulatory Support - Special Studies - Watershed Planning - Feasibility Studies - Stormwater Capture Project Design - Stormwater and Non-Stormwater Monitoring Project Type RFQual (Request for Qualification) Response Types Response File Type of Award Lump Sum Online Q&A Yes Q&A Deadline 04/10/2025 2:00 PM (PDT) The method of Contractor Selection has not been Determined at this time.
