Project Description: The overall project consists of complete demolition of existing building “C” and construction of a new two-story building housing admin spaces and art classrooms. The project is divided into two phases, and we are currently soliciting bids for Package - 1 only. This package consists of make-ready activities that include a selective demo of canopies for contractor access, temporary walkways & partitions, MEP reroutes, temporary utilities, temporary parking lot, relocating admin spaces, etc. All work within Package - 1 is scheduled to be completed during Summer 2025. All remaining scopes to complete the project will be included in package - 2.
