Reference Number 0000382013 The Northern Colorado Water Conservancy District (Northern Water), in collaboration with the National Park Service, and on behalf of the Kawuneeche Valley Restoration Collaborative (KVRC), is seeking proposals from qualified Consultants to conduct comprehensive natural resources surveys. This work will focus on Onahu Creek, Upper Baker Creek, and Lower Baker Creek within Rocky Mountain National Park This project is part of the ongoing efforts of Kawuneeche Valley Restoration Collaborative (KVRC), a group of organizations that share the common goal of promoting a healthy and resilient Kawuneeche Valley to benefit ecological, recreational, and economic interests. KVRC includes representatives from Grand County, National Park Service - Rocky Mountain National Park, The Nature Conservancy, Northern Water, Rocky Mountain Conservancy, the of Town of Grand Lake, and the United States Forest Service - Arapaho Roosevelt National Forest. Northern Water will enter an agreement with the selected firm and a purchase order will be created for the project based on the proposal pricing. The duration of this agreement will be one year. Northern Water may elect to renew this agreement for up to two (2) additional one-year terms by providing written notice of renewal to the Consultant at least 30 days prior to expiration of the current term of the agreement. The selected firm has the option to not extend the agreement by providing a written notice at least 45 days prior to the agreement expiration date.
