All questions must be submitted by email by 3:00 PM April 9th, 2025. The response to the questions will be sent as an addendum by email by 3:00 PM April 14th, 2025. No bid proposal will be considered unless accompanied by a certified check or acceptable Bid Bond in an amount not less than five percent (5%) of the bid and made payable to ADID. Successful Bidder shall be required to furnish a Contract Performance Bond equal to 100% of the contract price and a Payment Bond equal to 110% of the contract price, with the terms and surety to be approved by ADID and the City of Atlanta and furnish satisfactory proof of carriage of the insurance required. Bidders submitting a bid $2,000,000 or less must be either a prequalified contractor or a registered subcontractor with Georgia D.O.T. Bidders submitting bids in excess of $2,000,000 must be prequalified with Georgia D.O.T. The Equal Business Opportunity (EBO) goals for this project are 25% MBE and 10% FBE%. All MBE and FBE firms must be certified by the City of Atlantas Office of Contract Compliance. The successful bidder shall commence work with adequate force and equipment on a date to be specified in a written order of the Implementation Manager and shall complete the work within 180 consecutive calendar days from and including said date.
