Demolition and renovation of an educational facility in Livingston, Wisconsin. Completed plans call for the renovation of a 4,000-square-foot educational facility.
Project consists of renovation of approximately 4,000 square feet of high school locker rooms. Facility construction includes concrete slabs & benches, CMU and brick masonry, wood casework, solid surface material, hollow metal and flush wood openings, gypsum board assemblies. Finishes and accessories include tiling, acoustical ceiling tiles, fluid applied flooring, paint, door signage, toilet accessories, metal lockers and wire shelving. Plumbing work includes piping and fixtures. Mechanical work includes air handling unit, energy recovery unit, condensing units. Electrical work includes lighting, power, and fire detection. Lump-sum Bids will be received on a SINGLE PRIME CONSTRUCTION CONTRACT FOR THE ENTIRE WORK. Bid Security in the amount of five percent (5%) of the maximum amount of the Bid must accompany each Bid as described in the Project Manual, Instructions to Bidders. The Owner reserves the right to waive irregularities and to reject any or all Bids. Bids may only be withdrawn in accordance with the Project Manual, Instructions to Bidder Bidders seeking a non-mandatory pre-bid walkthrough may arrange for a walk through with the Owner.
