Site work for a mixed-use development in Red Deer, Alberta. Completed plans call for site work for a road / highway.
The improvements consist of modifications to the existing northbound median on 30th Avenue, construction of new traffic left turning lanes, pavement markings, signal and signage modifications - turning from 30th Avenue onto Carrington Avenue. Note: the existing median signals on both sides of the intersection will need to be replaced to accommodate the new turn lanes (the signal work is to be completed by EL&P).
