Site work and new construction of a mixed-use development in Regina, Saskatchewan. Completed plans call for the construction of a 2,000-square-foot, one-story above grade municipal facility; for site work for a municipal facility; retail development; and retail development.
SaskEnergy is seeking a Prime Contractor to complete a new build at the Regina East Compressor Station located southeast of Regina, off the Regina Bypass. Project includes, but is not limited to, a new 186 m2 (2000 sq. ft.) office and shop building located at the SaskEnergy Regina East Compressor Station. The Regina East New Office and shop building will be a wood structure with metal siding and roofing; concrete structural slab with driven steel pipe piles; a 73 m2 office facility that will include a kitchen/work space, washroom, communications room; and a 113 m2 workshop.
