The culvert for St Joesph Creek northeast tributary under Fairview Ave at Hummer Park has reached its useful life and needs to be replaced. This project includes final design, permitting, and construction to replace the culvert and provide additional stormwater storage in Hummer Park. The project is included in the city's 2025-2029 Capital Improvement Program (CIP). As of April 10, 2025, project is funded for FY2026-2029. *Project information has been obtained through a public capital improvement plan (CIP). A CIP is a financial schedule for short- and long-range projects which is updated regularly.
