Wade Hampton High School Painting Services The awarded Bidder(s) is expected to fulfill all of the requirements and duties contained in this solicitation as directed by the District's Superintendent or his designee. A Quote shall consist of details for the provision and management of the services envisioned in the Specifications, in accordance with the requirements described in this solicitation. The detailed Specifications are provided in a later section. The School District of Greenville County is located in the Upstate of South Carolina with approximately 78,000 students and 11,000 employees. The District was established in 1951. The District consists of more than 100 schools, career centers and other facilities. Baseline Painting Scope of Work Overview: Definitions 1. The Owner is the School District of Greenville County 2. The Project Manager shall represent the Owner 3. The Work is Maintenance Painting of the facility noted in the Specific Scope of Work. 4. The Contractor is the successful bidder chosen to do the Work. 5. The Work Schedule is the approved schedule between The Owner and the Contractor to complete the Work. 6. School Hours are 7:00 AM - 4:30 PM Monday through Friday. 7. School Summer Hours are 7:30 AM - 5:30 PM Monday through Thursday, - closed on Fridays from May 30 through August 1. 8. School Holidays are those days when administrative staff is working but no students are at the school. 9. School Closed days are those days no one is working at the school. 10. Summer School dates for Elementary and Middle Schools will be June 2 to June 26, 2025. 11. Summer school dates for High Schools will be May 27 to June 12, 2025. The Successful Contractor shall provide to the Owner a schedule for the work. The Notice to Proceed shall reflect the Date of Commencement and the Date of Completion based upon this Work Schedule agreement. All work shall be completed as follows: 1. The Work shall begin no earlier than Saturday May 24, 2025 and be completed per the schedule below (as applicable per location): a. Classrooms, Locker Rooms, Offices, Conference Rooms, and Restrooms for all the facilities shall be complete by Friday August 1, 2025. b. Corridors, Hallways, Common Use spaces (cafeteria, gymnasium, media center, auditorium, etc.), Interior Doors/Frames, and Exterior Doors/Frames of the buildings shall be complete by Friday August 8, 2025. c. Exterior Athletic Facilities serving football shall be complete by Thursday August 15, 2025. d.
