The Contractor shall provide the California Science Center with all the materials, supplies, equipment and labor necessary to perform acrylic seal inspection and repairs from the interior of the Kelp Tank Exhibit. Question Deadline 04/14/2025 at 12:00 PM PT Written Responses to Questions Released by 4/14/2025 5:00 p.m. All questions regarding the content of this IFB must be submitted in writing by mail or electronically to Erica Guzman (stateprocurement@californiasciencecenter.ca.gov) and must be received by the Key Action Date identified above. Questions not submitted in writing by the Key Action Date for submission of written questions shall be answered at the State's option. Agreement shall tentatively begin on May 15, 2025, and end on June 30, 2026. This date is contingent on State approval of the agreement. Any changes to the period of performance must be done as a written Amendment to the Agreement by the California Science Center. The awarding agency reserves the right to reject all bids. The agency is not required to award an agreement.
