As of June 24, 2025 project was awarded to Ryals Bros in the amount $196,848.96 2025 Woodehaven Driveway Replacement The work shall be completed within 30 (thirty) Calendar Days. Deadline for questions is Friday, May 9, 2025 at 5 P.M. Submit all questions to Adam Shelton, PE, of Keck & Wood at GAbids2025@keckwood.com No phone calls will be accepted. All bids shall be accompanied by a bid bond in favor of the City, in the amount of five percent (5%) of the total bid, (but not less than $5,000); such bid bond representing that the bidder, if awarded a contract, will promptly enter into a contract and furnish performance bond and payment bond as provided by law and approved by the attorney for the City. The Performance Bond shall be equal to one hundred percent (100%) of the contract amount. The Payment Bond shall be equal to one hundred ten percent (110%) of the contract amount. Certified/Cashiers Check shall be forfeited to the City of Duluth . The City of Duluth reserves the right to reject any and all bids, to waive technicalities and to make an award as deemed in its best interest
