Site work for a water / sewer project in Savannah, Georgia. Completed plans call for site work for a water / sewer project.
This project will involve the relocation/replacement of approximately 1,000 feet of an existing sanitary sewer force main owned by the City of Savannah located on the Georgia Southern Armstrong Campus in Savannah, Georgia. The force main is a 16 diameter cast iron / Ductile Iron Pipe main that has been in place for over 50 years. The CM/GC should contemplate the owner Issuing early component packages to initiate site and other work The Design Professional selection is currently underway, construction documents are anticipated to be complete in May 2025. The start of construction is contingent on the availability of funding. Construction duration to reach Material Completion is estimated at approximately 4 months.
