We combine a rigorous curriculum, transformational learning experiences, and a rich co-curricular life to create a dynamic and inclusive scholarly environment. The entire College community works together to advance knowledge and inspire students to be socially responsible and globally aware citizens who are prepared for an enriched life and success in the world. The campus is seeking qualifications from design firms to conduct a full building renovation of Blake Hall. Blake Hall is an academic building constructed in 1951, consists of a total of 53,870 gross square feet and is located in the center of campus. Blake Hall is broken out in three sections, Blake A, Blake B and Blake C. Blake A consists of 27,195 GSF, Blake B consists of 13,116 GSF and Blake C consists of 13,559 GSF. The scope of the project is to do a full demolition of Blake B and Blake C, and do a full renovation of Blake A CR Number: 2120656 The campus would to be complete with design and ready for bidding on or before March 1, 2027 upon the authorization to proceed.
