The project consists of Upgrading the automatic temperature control (ATC) system or building automation control system existing in the school by replacing the existing. Provision and installation of the upgraded automatic temperature control system as indicated on drawings and within the specifications which includes but is not limited to all control wiring, electrical components, and automatic valves. Alternate #1: The replacement of three (3) packaged HVAC rooftop units (if alternate #1 is accepted). Alternate #2. The addition of one (1) packaged rooftop unit for the Gym in Area 'B' and demolition of the basement air handling unit (if alternate #2 is accepted). It is the intent that this construction shall be completed on or before the date as listed in the "Request for Proposal" from Alpine School District. Alpine School District ("ASD") is seeking a vendor who can provide the needed upgrade to the HVAC controls at American Fork Jr. High School. The purpose of this RFP is to enter into a contract to provide: Upgrading the school's automatic temperature control system by replacing the current system with a new system. It is anticipated that this RFP will result in a single contract award to the responsive and responsible offeror with the highest score justified by the procurement code.
