Freeman Park Pedestrian Bridge The City of Bartlett (City) is seeking engineering services to produce construction drawings, specifications, construction cost estimates, construction engineering inspection, and navigate the necessary permitting process for the design and construction of a pedestrian bridge over a lateral of Harrington Creek located in Freeman Park. The general location of the bridge is south of the A. Keith McDonald Pavilion.
