Site work and paving for a road / highway in Hatfield, Pennsylvania. Completed plans call for site work for a road / highway; and for paving for a road / highway.
** As of 4/24/2025 project has been awarded to Glasgow, Inc. in the amount of $655,238.80.** Paving and milling of Hatfield Township Roads as well as paving and milling in Hatfield Borough continuously paving across municipal boundaries, in coordination with Hatfield Borough and Hatfield Township. Questions Due Date: Apr 15th 2025, 12:00 PM EDT. Any roads that have been milled during this process and program must be re-paved within 5 days of milling. All work under this contract shall be completed no later than September 1st, 2025. Each proposal must be accompanied by a Certified Check, a Cashier's Check or a Bid Bond executed by a Corporate Surety approved to do business in the Commonwealth of PA by the Secretary of Insurance of the Commonwealth of PA, in the amount required by the bid and drawn to the order of Hatfield Township. No bid may be withdrawn for forty-five (45) days after the date of the reading of the bids. The Board of Commissioners of Hatfield Township reserves the right to reject any and all bids, to accept any bid in part, or in full and to waive any defects or informalities in the bidding procedures. QA 4/3/25 Township and Borough is responsible for road striping
