Site work for a civil project in Boca Raton, Florida. Working plans call for site work for a water / sewer project.
The work (Project) includes the furnishing of all labor, materials, equipment, services and incidentals for the conversion, redesign, and/or rehabilitation of six eductor type sanitary sewer lift stations in different locations throughout the City of Boca Raton; and miscellaneous site improvements including civil, mechanical, electrical, instrumentation, and all incidentals required to complete the project in conformance with the Contract Documents. The estimated budget for this bid is $ 3,891,900.00. Project has been cancelled. No site visit requirements LOCATION A. The project scope includes six (6) existing stations. Their locations are as follows: 1. LS #05 N.E. 70th Street. Dry can and electrical panel are located on the south-west corner of property at 7001 N.E. 8th Drive. 2. LS #06 Appleby Street. Dry can and electrical panel are located in front and between 783 and 793 Appleby Street. 3. LS #12 N.E. 7th Avenue. Dry can and electrical panel are located on the south-east corner of property at 698 Glouchester Street. 4. LS# 22A & 22B a. Electrical panel is located on N.E. 5th Avenue, across the street from 495 N.E. 12th Street, adjacent to the canal retaining wall. b. Wet well #22A is on Phillips Drive, between 520 and 521 Phillips Drive. c. Wet well #22B is on Golden Harbour Drive, between 540 and 541 Golden Harbour Drive. 5. LS#135 N.W. 7th Avenue, in driveway for 1300 N.W 7th Avenue.
