Creek view Road (T399) Bridge Replacement Questions Due Date: Apr 16th 2025, 3:00 PM EDT Questions Online Portal Liquidated damages $1000 Each Bid must be accompanied by Bid security in an amount of ten percent of the Bidders base Bid price and in the form of a certified good faith check made payable to Owner, cash or a Bid Bond issued by a Surety authorized to do business in the Commonwealth and meeting the requirements of Paragraph 5.01 of the General Conditions. The amount of the Performance Bond required by the Contract Documents will be one hundred (100) percent of the cost of the work, according to the awarded Contract price. The Work is to be substantially completed by (September 1, 2025) after being issued the Notice to Proceed as provided in paragraph 2.03 of the General Conditions, and completed and ready for final payment by (October 1, 2025) after being issued the Notice to Proceed in accordance with paragraph 14.07 of the General Conditions. The right is reserved: 1) to reject any or all bids; 2) to re-advertise for new bids; 3) to waive any irregularity, mistake, error or omission in any bid received; 4) to accept the lowest responsible bid deemed to be most favorable to the interest of the Owners.
