Mowing and Grass Trimming Services The purpose and intent of this Invitation for Bid (IFB) is to secure the services for mowing and grass trimming at ten Shenandoah County schools and an additional vacant property located behind the old Strasburg Middle School. This work shall include all labor and equipment necessary to mow and trim the grass areas identified in the IFB. Bidders may choose to bid on the whole project or areas thereof. The Shenandoah County Public Schools shall, at their discretion, determine whether or not to award the contract in whole or in part. All interested contractors shall be licensed in the State of Virginia and a current Certificate of Insurance shall be provided at the time of bid submission. The Shenandoah County School Board (SCSB) reserves the right to reject any and all bids in whole or in part and to waive any informality in the invitation for bids. No late bids will be accepted. It is the sole responsibility of the bidder to ensure that bids are delivered to the Director of Finance by the designated date and hour.
