Renovation of a mixed-use development in Montreal, Quebec. Conceptual plans call for the renovation of a educational facility.
Upgrades, repairs and improvements to Marguerite-Bourgeoys School Board facilities and their sites. The scope of the project includes upgrades, repairs, interior and exterior renovations of the owner's schools and their equipment and provides for renovation of the owner's facilities: - École Notre-Dame-de-la Garde - Richard Building Renovation - Package 401; - École Mont-Royal Renovation - Package 402; - École Monseigneur-Richard - Rhéaume Building Renovation - Package 403; - École Pierre-Laporte - Rockland Building Renovation - Package 404. Note. According to the owner's preliminary estimation the value of the construction program exceeds $30 million. TIMELINE: The owner has awarded architectural and engineering professional consulting firms firms to provide design and construction work monitoring for four above-mentioned projects. These projects will be followed in new separate reports under the above stated names. Coverage of this report has been discontinued.
