Reference Number 0000382211 The City of Albany seeks proposals from qualified landscape designers, gardeners and grounds maintenance professionals to perform a range of tasks in City Parks and Preserves. MWBE-Certified vendors are encourages to submit proposals. This RFP is prompted by a 2025 Municipal Park Improvement Grant from Albany County for work at Buckingham Pond. While this grant is the impetus for this Request For Proposals (RFP), the City reserves the right to expand the scope to apply to other City parks as needed. This request for proposals is for a service contract through the end of 2025 and includes a descriptive list of services and requirements. Companies will be bidding on a contract through the end of 2025 with three additional one-year options to renew.
