Reference Number 0000382227 West Bloomfield Charter Township is requesting architectural design proposals to assist in making the Township Hall Lobby a modern, accessible, and community-centric space. Located at 4550 Walnut Lake Drive, in West Bloomfield, Township Hall on the Civic Center Campus is home to the Township administrative offices which provide public services such as voter registration, passport application, business licensing, property tax payment, dog licensing, building and land use permits, and zoning applications. The selected consultant will work with staff to develop designs and cost estimates for two 2025 Capital Improvement Program (CIP) projects: 1) Township Hall Lobby Renovation; and 2) Four (4) Town Hall Bathroom Renovations. A copy of Building Plans, prepared in ---- will also be included for review in this RFP. The renovation plan should anticipate staff working while the lobby and bathrooms are being renovated. - Bid Bond 5 % The method of Contractor Selection has not been Determined at this time.
