The Larimer County Road and Bridge Department is requesting quotations with the intention of contracting with one or more companies for the following Services and/or Goods: Road and Bridge is looking for multiple locations to pickup asphalt for patching. Road and Bridge will pickup at multiple sites for its in-house asphalt patching program. Asphalt plant should be within 40-minute drive time from 6994 Rickenbacker Rd Loveland,CO 80538, as evidenced by a Google Maps query. Larimer County intends to pickup asphalt from mutiple sites through the paving season for its patching program. We intend to pickup what ever product is being produced that day (1/2 in or 3/4 in.) closest to the site. Quantities for awarded venders will depend on location of work being completed. Please provide pricing for all 1/2 in and 3/4 in products. This quote will be awarded to mutiple venders. The term of the agreement shall be for one (1) year from the date the agreement is executed. The County, at its sole option, may offer to extend this Contract for up to Four (4) additional one-year terms. The extension option may be exercised providing satisfactory service is given, and must be mutually agreed upon in writing, by and between the County and the Award Vendor.
