Description

Renovation of a fitness / recreation center in Victoria, British Columbia. Completed plans call for the renovation of a fitness / recreation center.

Provide all labour, materials and products as specified in the drawings and specifications to accommodate the work. The scope of work includes but is not limited to the removal and replacement of roofing and associated building elements in accordance with the contract documents. The base scope includes Roof Area A0: Remove and dispose of all existing projection, perimeter flashings and 2 ply SBS membranes while retaining the existing roof assembly in preparation for installation of a new 2 ply SBS modified bitumen membrane system in accordance with the contract documents.
