Site work and paving for a road / highway in Saint Augustine, Florida. Completed plans call for site work for a road / highway; and for paving for a road / highway.
The purpose of this IFB is to solicit Bids from qualified Bidders for the construction and improvement of CR 16A and Timberwolf Trail Intersection. The Contractor shall be responsible for providing any and all labor, materials, and equipment required in the contract documents. This project includes but not limited to widening and reconstruction of roadway, milling and resurfacing, sidewalk connectivity, drainage improvements, pavement markings, signage, and associated utility and restoration work. This project shall be in accordance with the FY 2025-2026 edition of the Florida Department of Transportation's (FDOT) Standard Specifications for Road and Bridge Construction and the FDOT Design Standards and Manual of Uniform Traffic Control Devices . Any and all questions related to this project shall be directed, in writing, to the Designated Point of Contact. Questions are due no later than Four o'clock (4:00PM) EST on Tuesday, September 1, 2026, so that any necessary addenda may be issued in a timely manner. Any questions received after the deadline will not be answered unless previously approved by the SJC Purchasing Director or other designated County Representative. all questions and/or inquiries shall be directed to Aldayne Harriott, Procurement Coordinator in writing, via email at aharriott@sjcfl.us.
