In 2020, High Plains received a generous donation of a 6.5 acre industrial property at 123 9th Avenue in Greeley from local philanthropist Dennis Hoshiko/North Weld Produce Co. Dennis donated the property to help fulfill his philanthropic desire to assist in the development of permanent housing solutions for the homeless in the community through the adaptive re-use of the property for affordable housing. The property (excluding Phase 1, StarRise Apartments) is owned by 123 Property, LLC (123 Property) with High Plains as the single member of the LLC.
