Provide all equipment, labor, supervision, materials, tools, and incidentals to provide self-contained, mobile, pothole patching services on interstate, primary and secondary roadways in the fourteen counties of Amelia, Brunswick, Charles City, Chesterfield, Dinwiddie, Goochland, Hanover, Henrico, Lunenburg, Mecklenburg, New Kent, Nottoway, Powhatan, and Prince George and the Cities of Richmond and Colonial Heights within the Richmond District. All work performed will be on an on-call, as-needed basis. PERIOD OF CONTRACT: From May 1, 2025, or date of award whichever is later, through a one (1) year period. (renewable).
