SCOPE OF WORK/ SPECIFICATIONS The District is seeking a to provide a portable office for the districts Transportation department located at the Master Skill Center. The District anticipates needing office space to support Transportation operations with the ability to fit on a 24 x 56 concrete pad supplied with utility hookups, put in place by the District. The District is seeking a qualified vendor to provide leasing of temporary/portable office. The District may wish to purchase the unit at the end of the lease, but is not looking to purchase upfront. Specifications (2) bathrooms (2) office spaces (1) common area to accommodate 25 people The units may be used or new, as long as the used building meets or exceeds the current adopted codes and the building isin excellent condition, as determined by the District.
