Renovation of a municipal facility in Columbia, South Carolina. Completed plans call for the renovation of a municipal facility.
Replace 2 boilers, 2 fuel oil pumps, above ground piping, boiler safety piping systems, blowdown piping systems, associated insulation, boiler feedwater piping and insulation, partial boiler flues, and electrical power to support new work as required. BID SECURITY IS REQUIRED IN AN AMOUNT NOT LESS THAN 5% OF THE BASE BID. PERFORMANCE AND LABOR & MATERIAL PAYMENT BONDS: The successful Contractor will be required to provide Performance and Labor and Material Payment Bonds, each in the amount of 100% of the Contract Price.
