Reference number: 20061003 Deadline for receipt of complaints 2025-04-14 Electronic tender submission accepted Yes, via SEAO, with a document Expected contract duration without options (in months) 3 The Direction régionale de l'Estrie-Montréal-Chaudière-Appalaches-Laval-Montérégie-Centre-du-Québec (DR 05-17) of the Ministère des Ressources naturelles et des Forêts (MRNF) has taken possession of seventeen (17) unauthorized occupations located on Sainte-ÎleThérèse following the signing of agreements with the owners of converted buildings and other movable and immovable property left on public land. The work to be carried out under this call for tenders is in the field of construction, demolition of buildings and cleaning, transport and disposal of various residual materials. The contractor who wishes to submit a bid must hold the required licences from the Régie du bâtiment in this area. The contract will begin on the date of its signature by both parties. Work to plan the methods of carrying out the work shall begin as soon as the contract is signed. The mobilization of equipment and machinery will be able to take place from 12 May, but the dismantling work cannot begin before 15 May. The decommissioning work must be carried out continuously in the spring and completed by June 20, 2025. The last invoices must be submitted before the end of the contract scheduled for August 1, 2025.
