The City of Mountain Home, Idaho reserves the right to reject any and all proposals, waive any informalities, or irregularities, postpone the award of the Contract for a period not to exceed One Hundred Twenty (120) days, and accept the proposal that is in the best interest of the City of Mountain Home, Idaho.
