Work of the Contract is for the construction of: earthen overflow weir with 8' bottom width and 4:1 side slopes at Ocean Point Ct Cul-De-Sac. The weir starts from the culde-sac and ends at the creek as shown on plans. The project also includes to demolish existing sidewalk that is currently at the middle of the proposed overflow weir and segments of the other sidewalks connecting to the aforementioned sidewalk, construct the weir, reconstruct 6' wide concrete walkway and ADA compliant ramps to connect to the existing sidewalks, replace two of existing fence post located at each end of fence toward the weir and locate the library box at the original location.
