Site work and paving for a road / highway in Seward, Pennsylvania. Completed plans call for site work for a road / highway; and for paving for a road / highway.
The scope of work will generally consist of milling and bituminous paving of approximately 6330 square yards of the following streets: Kuvinka Ave., Love Ave., and Brooks Dr. Each bid must be accompanied by a certified check or a bid bond in an amount of ten percent (10%) of the Total Bid made payable St. Clair Township. FEDERAL SPECIAL CONDITIONS This project is funded in whole or part with federal funds. Davis-Bacon wage rates and other federal requirements apply and are included in the bid documents. Labor Compliance is mandatory. Notice is also hereby given that this project is regulated under Executive Order 11246 - Equal Employment Opportunity and related contract specifications apply. Regulations can be found at online Contractors should use the Directory of Minority, Women and Section 3 Business Enterprises to solicit proposals from potential subcontractors.
