HVAC Installation and Repair at WCPSS facilities The Wake County Public School System (WCPSS) is currently the largest school district in North Carolina and the 15th largest in the United States. There are currently 199 schools serving a student population of approximately 160,000, with approximately 20,000 staff. Wake County covers 854 square miles The Contract shall have an initial term of one (1) year, beginning July 1, 2025 through June 30, 2026 Question Deadline 04/15/2025 at 11:00 AM ET Written questions shall be emailed to bids-crogers7@wcpss.net Provide Response to Questions April 17, 2025 The Wake County Public School System is seeking competitive bids from qualified Vendors to provide HVAC Installation & Repairs at WCPSS facilities now or hereafter owned, leased, or possessed by WCPSS. WCPSS facilities consist of all real property and buildings owned or leased by WCPSS at sites designated. This is not a guarantee of work and there may be multiple contracts issued for this discipline. This is an allotment of contract dollars based on the amounts bid. WCPSS reserves the right to reject any proposals that are not submitted by the deadline in its sole discretion
