No bids received for this project, no definite date for re-bid. sealed bids from responsible and qualified contractors to perform required work for Standby Generator Install at 102 South Chodikee Lake Road, Highland, NY 12528. Bid Security deposit will be required in the amount specified in the full Advertisement for Bids. Each bid must be prepared and submitted in accordance with the Instructions to Bidders and must be accompanied by a bid security i.e. certified check, bank check, or bid bond in the amount of $5,400.00. The Selected Low Bidder will be responsible for providing documentation of mandatory pre-award submittal requirements, including but not limited to: Vendor Responsibility Questionnaire (CCA-2), references and experience, list of proposed sub-contractors, detailed estimate, and proof of required insurances. Prevailing Wages will apply.
