North Carolina A&T State University is seeking qualified vendors to provide comprehensive boiler maintenance services across the entire campus. The selected contractors will be responsible for routine inspections, preventative maintenance, repairs, and emergency services to ensure optimal boiler performance, efficiency, and compliance with all applicable codes and regulations. The Contract shall have an initial term of Three years, beginning on the date of final Contract execution (the "Effective Date. The Vendor shall begin work under the Contract within Ten business days of the Effective Date. Direct all inquiries concerning this RFQ to: Tyeshia Smith Procurement Specialist Email: tmsmith23@ncat.edu Instructions: It shall be MANDATORY that a representative from each Vendor be present for a pre-bid site visit. Attendees must arrive promptly All attendees must sign in upon arrival and clearly indicate each prospective Vendor represented on the sign in sheet. LATE ARRIVALS WILL NOT BE ALLOWED TO SIGN IN OR PARTICIPATE IN THE SITE VISIT, NOR SHALL THEIR BID BE CONSIDERED. Once the sign-in process is complete, all other persons wishing to attend may do so to the extent that space and circumstances allow.
