The Gustine Unified School District is seeking proposals from qualified vendors for the replacement or upgrade of the stage sound and lighting systems in the Gustine High School Auditorium. This project aims to improve the quality of both the sound and lighting systems, enhancing the overall experience for performances, school events, and assemblies held in the auditorium. The selected vendor will be responsible for the design, supply, installation, and testing of the new systems. The current stage sound and lighting systems at Gustine High School are outdated and no longer meet the technical needs of modern performances and events. The existing equipment is inefficient, difficult to operate, and increasingly unreliable. The district seeks a comprehensive solution to upgrade the systems to provide a more dynamic, flexible, and user-friendly environment for performances of all types. The scope of this project includes the following: o Assessment: Conduct a thorough on-site evaluation of the current stage sound and lighting systems and determine their limitations. o System Design: Develop a detailed design plan for the upgraded systems. The design should include specifications for equipment, layout, and integration that prioritizes flexibility and ease of use. o Equipment Supply: Supply and deliver the necessary equipment for the stage lighting system, which may include, but is not limited to: Lighting Fixtures: LED spotlights, wash lights, floodlights, and any other lighting equipment appropriate for the stage. Lighting Control Systems: Dimmers, control boards, software, and related components. Sound System (if applicable): Any necessary sound system components that complement the new lighting setup. o Installation: Install all systems in compliance with safety and technical standards, ensuring proper integration of lighting and sound systems. o Training: Provide training for school staff on how to operate and maintain the new stage lighting and sound systems, including basic troubleshooting. o Testing and Commissioning: Perform thorough testing to ensure all systems operate as expected and resolve any performance issues prior to final acceptance. o Warranty and Support: Provide detailed warranty information and post-installation support options, including ongoing maintenance services.
